The company will become incorporated on Tuesday, December 27, 2005. MediaFLO is a multimedia distribution technology for cellular phones, developed by a US company, QUALCOMM Incorporated. MediaFLO is highly efficient in spectrum usage, and realizes multi-channel / clip-cast content distribution. MediaFLO Japan Planning Incorporated will pursue the opportunity of providing various services with using the technology and the improvement of cellular phone customer convenience.
