The MediaFLO Technologies division is comprised of the FLO Technology group, which is developing the MediaFLO™ MDS and MediaFLO™ technology, and the FLO International group, which markets MediaFLO for deployment outside of the United States. The MediaFLO platform enables the broadcast delivery of high-quality mobile entertainment and information to the mass market. FLO TV Incorporated

FLO TV, a Qualcomm company, aggregates and delivers premium, TV-quality entertainment and information services to mobile devices over its dedicated nationwide wireless network across the U.S. Based in San Diego, California, FLO TV is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated and is working with mobile network operators and national content providers to deploy wireless multimedia services based on FLO technology.
